Everything you need to know about purchasing, downloading, and using digital products from Fadersoon LLC.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, email support@vadridi.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason. We will review and process eligible refund requests within 1–2 business days.
Email us at support@vadridi.com with your order confirmation and reason for the return. We will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. If you've done that and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@vadridi.com.
We do not offer exchanges on digital products. If you purchased the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we may be able to assist with a credit or alternative solution.
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved directly and quickly.
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link within minutes.
If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact support@vadridi.com with your order number and we will resend it immediately.
Most products are delivered as PDFs, editable templates (Canva, Notion), or ZIP archives. Specific file formats are listed on each product page.
Fadersoon LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to process payments and deliver emails, and when required by law.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vadridi.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Purchased digital products are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or share files with third parties without written permission.
Fadersoon LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
